This role involves partnering with multi-functional teams to innovate and deliver impactful business results for Alexa Shopping, while enhancing customer experience through advanced AI technologies.

Responsibilities
Lead the product vision, strategy and roadmaps to build the next generation of Alexa Shopping product
Develop a team of world-class product managers, providing guidance and direction to deliver the product vision and strategy
Own Alexa Shopping business outcomes including, but not limited to, driving Alexa Shopping’s engagement and economic contributions
Closely partner with Stores, Alexa and AGI teams to align on roadmaps, balancing long-term planning with agility to deliver the maximum impact for Alexa Shopping business
Raise the bar on design quality and user research and enable the Alexa Shopping team to iterate and experiment quickly to deliver Shopping features on Alexa end-points
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field
Experience designing and launching new products from the ground up
5+ years of practical work applying ML to solve complex problems experience
Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Experience leading engineering and product teams
Preferred
Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
Experience leading large projects through the full product development life cycle in a large, cross-functional team
Experience in leading E2E product lifecycle with knowledge of software engineering practices & patterns for the full SDLC
