Responsibilities

Coordinating technical interface definition for functionality between control modules

Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface

Coordinating Controls Features development, validation, and triage

Supporting Controls Assessments following Key Performance Indicators in support of program milestone objectives

Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation process

Issue tracking, delegation, and investigation support for propulsion system issues, ensuring that appropriate teams are making timely next steps to resolve the issue and protect product and launch quality

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience (of which at least 2 years in automotive)

As you will be working on Complex Systems, it is essential the successful candidate can show a proven record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutions

Ability to work in an Agile environment

Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable

Preferred

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field

Previous experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plus
