Responsibilities

Assist senior bankers in the business development effort

Build relationships and maintain day-to-day contact with clients, prospects, and advisors

Lead transaction execution teams

Work closely with senior management and will be charged with executing and contributing to the investment banking presence in GP-led secondaries advisory

Provide the support to build a meaningful franchise in the sector, with a focus in Secondary Advisory

Establish and maintain strategic dialogues with existing and potential clients, providing financial advice and solutions to problems

Foresee where the business development opportunities exist

Hone your skills by working closely with senior bankers and client senior management on a variety of transactions

Required

Candidates must have at least five years of experience working on a team of investment bankers with a focus on GP Solutions

Deep knowledge of Secondary Advisory and demonstrated ability to effectively execute complex transactions in Secondary Advisory

Candidates must also display excellent client relationship skills and an ability to learn in a solution-focused environment

Prior investment banking experience is required

Preferred

An MBA or JD degree is preferred
