Account Director, Health Communications

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders
Lead planning and execution of multi-channel health communication campaigns, including formative research, media placement, and digital/social activities
Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows; oversee QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
Direct cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, analytics) and external partners to achieve campaign goals
Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign metrics, and optimize strategies based on data insights
Contribute to revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting proposal development
Qualification
Required
Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
U.S. Citizenship required (required by federal government for the position)
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, or related field
5+ years managing large-scale communications or marketing contracts, including budget and schedule oversight
Preferred
Experience with federal health clients or public health campaigns
Familiarity with tools like Smartsheet and project management methodologies
Prior award-winning campaign experience a plus
