RAMCON Roofing is expanding its footprint in Orlando, seeking an Outside Sales Consultant for their commercial roofing division. The role focuses on market-building, relationship management, and consultative sales to establish RAMCON as the default commercial roofer in the territory.

Responsibilities

Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
Displace incumbent contractors
Control your market vertically (owners, managers, brokers, engineers, GCs)
Create predictable, repeatable revenue
Protect and grow client portfolios
Establish RAMCON as the default commercial roofer in your assigned territory
Execute proximity selling: physically present, visible, and known in your market
Build and maintain a highly organized ownership and management contact network
Systematically target:
Commercial property owners
National and regional property management firms
Developers and asset managers
Institutional portfolios and REITs
Perform roof assessments and system evaluations
Design repair, maintenance, and replacement strategies
Build scopes, budgets, and phased capital planning approaches in conjunction with support teams
Understand and explain:
TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal, Coatings, and Structural Decking
Insurance claims, warranties, and risk mitigation
Life-cycle costing and long-term asset protection
Own your pipeline end-to-end
Drive service work, capital projects, and portfolio programs
Be accountable for:
Sales volume
Margin integrity
Client retention
Market penetration
Identify competitors currently controlling major accounts
Build multi-touch campaigns to displace them
Position RAMCON as:
More technically competent
More responsive
More operationally reliable
More transparent
Maintain detailed CRM records
Track relationships, meetings, follow-ups, and conversion metrics
Work inside RAMCON’s sales systems and frameworks (not outside of them)
