Just Got 2 Have It! is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across our systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems

Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct as needed

Verify source documents and ensure data integrity

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Organize digital and physical files for easy retrieval

Generate basic reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies

Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets

Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
