Responsibilities

Greet visitors and guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression

Ensure that all visitors sign in and follow security or safety protocols as required

Connect visitors with the appropriate employee(s)

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Provide basic and accurate information to guests and callers

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail

Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, coordinating conference rooms, ordering lunches, organizing required supplies

Manage office supplies and restock as required

Ensure the front desk, lobby area, conference rooms and kitchen are stocked, clean, organized, and welcoming

Provide administrative support to various departments as needs arise, proactively creating process improvements and supporting the ongoing work of the organization

Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual candidate interviews, ensuring smooth candidate experience and timely communication with all stakeholders

Support sales and training events
