Lead and develop engineering teams building loyalty platform capabilities
Partner with product and business leaders to set priorities and deliver outcomes
Modernize legacy systems and design cloud-native, microservices-based architectures
Build a long-term technology roadmap aligned with business goals
Mentor engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation and inclusion
Ensure high-quality delivery and operational excellence across teams
Qualification
Required
6 years of software engineering experience
2 years or experience with people leadership, including being a manager of leaders
Strong background in software architecture, systems design, and modern engineering practices
Proven ability to break down large, complex initiatives into achievable workstreams and deliver incremental value
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
9 years of professional experience
Experience leading technology transformations and building scalable platforms
Familiarity with loyalty systems, e-commerce, or large-scale transactional platforms
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), microservices, APIs (GraphQL/REST), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
