Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of the software development project
Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables
Monitor project performance, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies as needed
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and organizational standards
Communicate project status to government and contractor stakeholders
Support program reviews, reporting, and documentation requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience performing project management functions for a software development project of similar size, scope, and complexity
Current TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
Demonstrated experience managing technical teams and coordinating across stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting government or defense-related programs preferred
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Experience or background in software development, including design implementation, testing, analysis, and debugging
