Responsibilities
Create instructor-led and eLearning SAP training
Build WalkMe digital adoption content
Develop SAP EnableNow simulations and learning materials
Work with subject matter experts to understand training needs
Support train-the-trainer sessions and user adoption
Qualification
Required
Experience as an instructional designer or trainer on SAP projects
Hands-on experience with SAP HCM / EC / ECP
Strong knowledge of WalkMe and SAP EnableNow
Understanding of ADDIE and adult learning principles
Excellent communication and organization skills
