They are seeking a Maintenance Assistant / Service Technician to work with the Maintenance Lead and Director of Plant Operations to perform various maintenance tasks and ensure resident satisfaction through timely repairs.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing basic and complex maintenance issues including, but not limited to:

Electrical and plumbing

A/C and heating systems

Pools

Appliances

Stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings

Perform painting and sheet rock repairs as needed

Tile, carpet, flooring

Ceiling leaks

Completing make-ready checklists and performing repairs to return vacant units to market-ready status

Qualification

Required

Entry Level experience in maintenance

Ability to diagnose and repair basic and complex maintenance issues including electrical and plumbing

Experience with A/C and heating systems

Knowledge of pool maintenance

Ability to repair appliances

Skills in maintaining stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings

Experience in performing painting and sheet rock repairs

Knowledge of tile, carpet, and flooring repairs

Ability to address ceiling leaks

Experience in completing make-ready checklists and performing repairs to return vacant units to market-ready status
