Responsibilities
Provide top-tier help desk support (in-person and remote) for hardware, software, and system training
Install, repair, and troubleshoot PC hardware, peripheral equipment, and network components
Assist with cabling/wiring projects across various City buildings and support shared resource systems
Serve as a backup for the IT Systems Architect and IT Specialist, and participate in an on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualification
Required
Proactive and versatile IT Technician
Experience in providing help desk support (in-person and remote)
Ability to install, repair, and troubleshoot PC hardware, peripheral equipment, and network components
Experience with cabling/wiring projects
Ability to assist with budget planning
Willingness to serve as a backup for the IT Systems Architect and IT Specialist
Participation in an on-call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays
