Responsibilities
Define and maintain the business vision and roadmap for the Digital Checkout product experience
Ensure the roadmap aligns with Delta’s digital strategy and customer experience goals
Partner with cross-functional teams (business, IT, UX, etc.) to gather and refine requirements
Align product goals with broader enterprise objectives
Translate business needs into usable, scalable, and reliable solutions
Lead agile development teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery
Identify and manage dependencies across other agile teams
Provide regular updates on roadmap progress to leaders and stakeholders
Ensure transparency and alignment across the organization
Qualification
Required
3+ years of relevant professional experience
A strong track record in managing complex workflows and solving challenges
Sharp thinking and a natural curiosity to explore solutions
The ability to turn business needs into clear technical requirements
Excellent communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams
A collaborative spirit and confidence working independently in fast-paced settings
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
Bachelor's degree, especially in fields like MIS, Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
Experience in Revenue Management, Sales, Analytics, eCommerce, or a similar area
Familiarity with Agile methodologies as a Product Manager or Product Owner
Exposure to commercial or operational functions such as Reservations, ACS, or IT
