Performing accounting and/or GL reconcilement tasks
Process Return Items, Non-Post Transactions, and ATM Balancing
Handle customer’s inquiries clearly via phone and email
Operate with little or no supervision and exercise independent judgment in completing assignments
Qualification
Required
Banking Back Office Operations experience within a banking institution required
Minimum 1 year of back office operations banking experience
Collaboration/People skills
Integrity/Dutifulness
Available to work overtime as needed
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must be able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Adhere to policy and procedures and attendance requirements
Preferred
FIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plus
