Account Manager, Sync
411 Music Group is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team, welcoming professionals at all levels who are passionate about music and client relationships. The role involves pitching the company’s catalog, negotiating licensing terms, and implementing CRM strategies to build and maintain client relationships across various sectors.
Responsibilities
Proactively pitch 411 Music Group’s catalog across the U.S., UK, and Canada, ensuring visibility and placement success in key markets
Represent 411 Music Group at conferences, meetings, and industry events, with travel as needed
Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets, ensuring consistent daily, weekly, and quarterly performance
Actively negotiate licensing terms (including needledrops, blanket licenses, subscriptions, and custom projects) to meet client budgets and creative needs
Oversee negotiations and contractual processes in collaboration with the Legal & Finance teams
Implement proactive CRM strategies, including outreach and consistent follow-ups with existing clients
Source new clients through lead generation and prospecting tools
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including tracking opportunities and client activity
Research and source new email contacts for existing clients to expand outreach and engagement
Qualification
Required
