Responsibilities

Lead the development of complex software applications
Collaborate with clients to define requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
Mentor junior developers and guide technical decision-making

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in software development or related technical roles
Strong understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript/React, C#, Python, and SQL
Experience in integrating applications with various data sources and APIs
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers

Preferred

Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Familiarity with modern development practices, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies
Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
