Overseeing the established civil differentiated case management operations within the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court

Ensuring continued effectiveness through process evaluation and improvement

Emphasizing efficiency, consistency, and quality in case management while ensuring compliance with applicable Administrative Orders and Rules

Supervising a diverse team of civil case managers, coordinators, and substitute Judicial Assistants across multiple divisions

Assigning workload, monitoring individual and team performance, conducting evaluations, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and service delivery

Guiding staff in case management procedures and ensuring compliance with administrative standards

Coordinating the preparation of orders and distribution of signed orders through Florida’s e-filing portal

Assigning substitute Judicial Assistants to temporary duty ensuring appropriate coverage for the judiciary

Interacting regularly with Judges, judicial assistants, administrative staff, attorneys, and litigants to facilitate case progress and maintain timely communication regarding case-related matters

Analyzing workflow data, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with management to identify areas for procedural improvement within the civil divisions
