Freezing Point is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US, seeking a Sales Intern to enhance their sales operations. The intern will handle incoming inquiries, process orders, and coordinate between Marketing and Sales, while also assisting with various projects and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming questions and manage leads through our sales inbox and inbound sales phone line

Process SAP orders

Act as the main point of contact between Marketing and Sales to coordinate signage requests

Follow up on unsigned and unfinished E-contracts to get them ready for review

Coordinate machine removals and reconcile mis-orders

Individually call store managers to help prep chains for project rollouts

Assist with material and pallet prep during peak tradeshow season

Complete specialty projects and assignments to assist our sales teams (phone audits, divestment follow ups, sequencing lead lists, etc.)

Required

You have excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office

2+ years of experience in a corporate setting
