Responsibilities

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to understand business goals and determine the requirements and scope for supply based quality projects accordingly

Establish KPIs to monitor supplier quality performance, process adherence, track and recover cost impacts, and assess supplier risk

Lead a global team that delivers global supplier quality capabilities that deliver optimal supplier performance and internal process efficiency at the divisional and enterprise level. Focus is on a small team of high-level staff professionals and leader of leaders while influencing the broader enterprise organization

Work with procurement leaders to develop innovative ways to provide enhanced service support by creating a competitive advantage and apply non-traditional solutions to new problems

Required

Bachelor's degree and significant experience in quality or procurement related roles with increasing responsibility

Knowledge of techniques and processes for inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling data; ability to discover useful information, draw logical conclusions, and support decision-making

Knowledge of issues, opportunities, and challenges for conducting business in the international marketplace; ability to apply global perspectives appropriately in a wide range of situations

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors

Knowledge of the importance of 'big picture' thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization

Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there
