Utility Services and Parking Technician
The City of Sioux Falls is hiring a Utility Services and Parking Technician to assist customers with their water, sewer, electric, and parking accounts. The role involves answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing excellent customer service while resolving billing inquiries.

Explaining billing details and helping customers set up new accounts
Qualification
Required
Graduation from high school or GED certification
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service and/or accounting environment
Any combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority
Preferred
Associate degree in finance/accounting desirable
