Responsibilities
Manage the IFUS Agricultural Product Committees, including preparing Agendas and meeting materials, scheduling the meetings, preparing the Minutes and developing the Committee rosters
Prepare Board Memos for all relevant Rule amendments proposals coming from the Product Committees
Assist IFUS Legal in the preparation of CFTC Rule submissions
Work with various Sales colleagues to develop the term and Rules for new futures contracts
Maintain a calendar of IFUS market maker and incentive programs and assist Sales and Legal in ensuring timely extensions of expiring programs
Maintain and update website materials on IFUS products
Develop the trading/holiday calendar for IFUS products
Prepare and publish Exchange Notices on holidays, Rule amendments, changes to contract terms, etc
Qualification
Required
3-5 Year working in Soft Commodities or Compliance / Regulatory Affairs / Product Development
