The Junior Digital Designer will support the Creative, Social, and Ecommerce teams by executing performance-oriented creative across digital channels, while gaining hands-on experience in graphic design, photography, and modern AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

Assist in the design and production of digital assets for social media, email/CRM, Ecommerce and promotional campaigns

Support the creation and editing of social-first content, including static graphics, basic photo retouching and short-form video edits

Help adapt creative into multiple formats and variations for different platforms and performance testing

Participate in content creation workflows, including concept development, asset preparation and final delivery

Assist with organizing and preparing assets for organic and paid social campaigns

Learn and apply Pixi’s brand guidelines across all creative output

Support photo and video shoots, including setup, asset selection and post-production assistance

Leverage AI-powered creative tools to support ideation, editing and asset creation under guidance

Monitor social trends, emerging platforms and creator-style content, bringing ideas and inspiration to the team

Perform additional design and creative support tasks as assigned

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field

Foundational design skills with coursework or internship experience across digital design

Portfolio or project samples demonstrating design fundamentals and creative potential (student work accepted)

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus) and CapCut video editor or similar tool

Interest in photography, video, motion, or social content creation; hands-on experience is a plus but not required

Experience with social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts

Curiosity and openness to modern creative tools, including AI-assisted design and editing tools

Strong attention to detail, organization and willingness to receive feedback

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
