Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience

Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound judgment calls
Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with Ads Policy, Compliance & Escalations, Digital Advertising Platforms, or Advertising Policies
Background in Sales Operations -Ads Operations, Policy Operations, Trust & Safety, or Digital Advertising
Experience supporting sales or customer-facing teams
Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards)
