The role involves participating in design discussions, developing proof-of-concept designs, and implementing solutions while maintaining critical phone system operations.

Responsibilities

The candidate will participate in design discussions, develop proof-of-concept designs, and implement solutions

The individual will be responsible for all implementations, not handing them off to a vendor

The candidate will assist with API integrations, working with vendors like CTi and supporting them day-to-day

Required

Excellent comms are needed as the role is client facing (5/5 comms)

MUST Have recent Healthcare domain experience

Strong VoIP and SIP understanding, including SIP packets and headers

General networking knowledge, including routing, switching, firewalls, and security

Familiarity with Microsoft environments, including Azure, SSO, and Teams

Preferred

Experience with session border controllers, especially AudioCodes

Knowledge of API integrations (SCIM, HL7) and scripting languages (Python)

Healthcare experience due to specific integrations like Nurse Call systems and Spectralink Zebra systems
