Responsibilities
Represent assigned brand portfolios within your territory
Sell directly into Cash & Carry accounts
Open new points of distribution and secure initial orders
Support reorder activity and ongoing account engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-distributor owners and buyers
Execute consistent territory coverage based on defined routing plans
Provide market feedback, competitive insights, and execution updates
Track activity, placements, and orders through Rooted Field Services’ reporting system
Collaborate closely with field leadership and operations to meet performance goals
Qualification
Required
Must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID
Must be eligible to work in the United States at the time of application
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
Preferred
Prior experience working as a 1099 or independent sales rep preferred
