Customer Service Rep
Fields Auto Group is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers. The role involves greeting customers, processing payments, and providing administrative support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone
Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties
Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Maintain office supplies for specific location
Qualification
Required
Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
Skills in reading, interpreting documents, writing reports, and effective communication
Proficiency in basic math, algebra, and geometry
Ability to solve problems involving several variables in standardized situations
Background and MVR checks required
