Executive Administrative Assistant - CSI
SECO Energy is the third-largest electric co-op in Florida and the seventh-largest in the nation, seeking qualified candidates to join their team. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Innovation, coordinating department materials and supporting strategic initiatives across business units.

Responsibilities
Provides high-level, confidential administrative support to the Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Innovation
Performs clerical and budgetary tasks for other management personnel in the department
Coordinates the preparation of department materials for the Cooperative Board of Trustee Meetings
Provides support for the execution of technological innovations, business process improvements, and strategic initiatives across business units
Handles a broad range of administrative duties to support the department's objectives
Qualification
Required
Minimum: Two (2) year associate's degree in business administration, or a related field
Minimum: Five (5) years of administrative and general office experience
Ability to work irregular hours for assignment completion and flexibility to change scheduling and report to work on short notice during emergency situations
Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen
Preferred
Preferred: Four (4) year bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Preferred: Experience or similar work in an electric utility or related industry is preferred
