Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part specifications
Perform precise inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools
Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify compliance with quality standards
Analyze part failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records for audits
Participate in quality audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in quality inspection or related field preferred
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong ability to analyze failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
