Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)Service Industry
Responsibilities
Sorting, Coding, and reviewing the accuracy of service tickets and technicians time sheets
Tracking and reporting on issues related to complete and proper documentation of technicians’ timesheets
Collaboration and working effectively with field personnel, sales, accounting and customer service
Performing other responsibilities and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Must have proficient math skills
Excellent computer skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and work independently
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of ERP systems and programs such as Word and Excel
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Ability to commute/relocate: Arlington Heights, IL 60004: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
