Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries as needed
Perform account analysis and reconciliations
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Liaise with other accounting staff at Corporate or at operating companies
Maintain accounting policies and procedures and ensure that procedures are applied consistently
Execution of routine or ad hoc reporting
Participate in special projects and accounting research as needed and assigned
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Accounting degree required
4+ years of relevant professional experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
Ability to work independently
Must be comfortable working in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment
Strong work ethic required
Must possess 'soft skills': conflict resolution and negotiation, personal effectiveness, creative problem solving, strategic thinking, team building, and influencing skills
Strong communication skills (including writing skills)
Perform other duties as assigned
Comply with all policies and standards
Adheres to Company's commitment to workplace safety
Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
Experience with revenue accounting preferred
