Responsibilities

Provide seamless calendar management for legal professionals, coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts
Manage complex travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Process and track expense reports using In-Tap, Microsoft, and Chrome River systems
Assist with meeting preparation, including drafting agendas and creating polished documents
Collaborate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure, ensuring alignment with existing teams
Act as a point of contact for the executives, handling sensitive information with discretion

Required

5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
Experience of e-filing in both district and state courts
Strong litigation practice group skills
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting Partners or Senior Executives within a law firm, financial or professional services and matrix environment
Proven ability to manage complex calendars
Proven ability to coordinate travel
Proven ability to handle high-level administrative tasks
