New Grad, Entry LevelPremier Equipment Co., LLC is seeking a Small Engine Technician to join their dynamic team. The role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing various gas and diesel equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance and managing parts inventory.

Responsibilities
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing gas/diesel equipment (mowers, generators, pumps, etc.), performing preventive care (sharpening, oil changes), managing parts inventory, keeping records, and potentially welding or assisting with larger equipment, requiring skills in mechanical/electrical diagnosis, tool operation (grinders, welders), problem-solving, and physical ability for heavy lifting in various conditions, often with emergency call-out requirements
Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in various small engines and groundskeeping equipment (e.g., chainsaws, generators, pumps, tractors, mowers)
Perform routine servicing, blade sharpening, lubrication, and inspections
Operate and test repaired equipment to ensure proper function
Track parts, order supplies, and maintain detailed logs of repairs and maintenance
Perform basic welding and fabrication for replacement parts
Qualification
Required
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing gas/diesel equipment (mowers, generators, pumps, etc.)
Performing preventive care (sharpening, oil changes)
Managing parts inventory
Keeping records
Potentially welding or assisting with larger equipment
Skills in mechanical/electrical diagnosis
