Responsibilities
Verify and process invoices for payment
Maintain accurate records of all payables
Ensure payments are made on time and in compliance with company policies
Communicate with vendors regarding payment-related inquiries
Manages the company's incoming funds and recording and maintain accurate records of receivables
Provide regular reports on the status of accounts receivable to management and Sale
Stay informed about state tax laws and regulations
Calculate and prepare accurate state tax returns
Submit state tax payments on time
Keep records of all state tax transactions
Record all financial transactions in a systematic manner
Organize and maintain financial files and documentation
Ensure compliance with record-keeping regulations
Process payroll accurately and on time through Paychex
Keep records of employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions
Track and manage employee vacation accruals
Maintain confidential and accurate employee records
Update records with changes in employment status, benefits, and personal information
Ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations
Work with insurance providers to ensure employees are enrolled, updated, and eligible for insurance coverage
Stay informed about changes in state and federal laws related to accounting and finance
Ensure compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and other relevant regulations
Taking quotes from market
Making comparative and send to HO for approval
Submitting sales tax to all states , Dealing with all external auditors, Banker
Qualification
Required
10-15 years of Experience
