Business Development Representative
ClickUp is a company that is architecting the future of work with their innovative AI workspace. They are seeking a Business Development Representative who will run outbound prospecting campaigns, qualify leads, and represent the brand to customers at the start of their research journey.

Responsibilities
Run effective outbound prospecting campaigns including cold-calls, cold emails, and social touches
Qualify inbound and outbound leads by introducing ClickUp and running them through qualification and discovery framework
Represent our brand to customers at the start of their research journey
Schedule appointments and demos for new logo acquisition and expansion across the existing customer base
Serve as a product specialist on ClickUp products and services
This is a hybrid position in San Diego, California or Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and requires working in the office 2 days per week
Qualification
Required
1-2 years relevant work experience in outbound tech sales
A proven track record of consistently hitting targets in previous jobs or extracurriculars
You're a persuasive self-starter and a good listener with a high degree of personal accountability in communicating cross-functionally and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
Customer empathy and genuine curiosity for prospects and their need
