Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for policy inquiries by providing clear and actionable guidance on ads policy matters to sales and customer support teams, enabling smooth campaign execution
Provide support on policy escalations by handling escalations related to ad policy from sales and customer support teams and collaborating with the Ads Policy Manager on complex policy issues for timely resolution
Stay updated on and communicate policy changes by keeping informed about updates and changes in Ads policies, communicating changes to relevant stakeholders, and ensuring proper implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer support, and Policy teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to ads policy enforcement and assist in developing and refining processes to improve policy implementation and compliance
Analyze data and prepare reports on policy compliance by identifying trends and areas for improvement through analysis of policy compliance and ad performance data, and preparing reports on policy enforcement activities and outcomes for the Ads Policy Manager
Gather feedback and provide recommendations by collecting feedback from sales and customer support teams on ad policies and processes and providing recommendations to the Ads Policy Manager for policy updates and process improvements
Proactively identify opportunities for improvement by continuously seeking ways to enhance ad policy enforcement and compliance and contributing to the development of best practices for policy management and adherence
Qualification

Experience in Ads
Experience in Policy
Effective communication
Strong stakeholder management skills
Effective communication skills to deliver clear and actionable policy guidance
Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with sales, support, and policy teams
Analytical skills to assess policy compliance trends and ad performance data
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in policy enforcement
Excellent time management and prioritization skills to handle multiple policy inquiries and escalations
Experience working with advertising policies or compliance-related roles
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for compliance or operational metrics
