Responsibilities
Prepare and review financial statements and month-end reports for twelve One80 offices in IMS policy management system
Prepare and review bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare and review CSAs for the respective One80 offices
Prepare, assist, and review balance sheet flux analysis for reasonableness and thoroughness to meet new month-end requirements
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
Mentor and guide junior accounting staff
Identify and implement process improvements
Any task or project as deemed necessary to assist Assistant Accounting Manager
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience in accounting or finance role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Preferred
CPA preferred
