Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across business units

Lead process mapping, analysis, and redesign initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance performance

Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus

Develop and implement process improvement plans, including documentation, training, and change management support

Monitor and report on process improvement outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs

Collaborate with Data & Reporting Analysts to quantify impact and track benefits realization

Integrate AI capabilities, including chatbots, and document processors, into business processes

Support transformation projects by providing process expertise and integrating improvements into broader initiatives

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and encouraging innovation

Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for the Office of Operational Excellence and Transformation
