Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial operations for the U.S. entity, including handling finance- and tax-related correspondence, communicating with banks, tax authorities, and other external parties, and processing online payments
Perform general ledger entries, accounts payable invoice processing, price maintenance, and expense postings; support the preparation of periodic financial statements
Assist with audit preparation by organizing accounting records, contracts, and revenue-related documentation, and responding to auditor data requests
Support the calculation and filing of routine taxes such as sales tax and property tax
Conduct basic financial analysis, data reconciliation, and reporting to support business decision-making
Complete ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Hands-on experience supporting daily financial operations in the U.S., especially in roles involving external communication
Solid understanding of general ledger accounting; familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
