Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end strategy change from hypothesis and proposal to implementation and performance tracking
Perform comprehensive credit risk analysis for various portfolios
Develop and maintain detailed credit risk models and tools
Conduct advanced data analysis to evaluate risk and identify trends
Prepare and present detailed risk reports and presentations for senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies
Build business cases for new credit risk initiatives to drive growth
Monitor and analyze economic and industry trends affecting credit risk
Assess and address issues to identify and implement improvements toward efficient account management and servicing operations

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in credit risk analysis, preferably in the credit card or personal loan industry
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
