Responsibilities
Conduct in-office and virtual appointments with qualified retirees and pre-retirees looking for assistance
Design and present comprehensive retirement plans using managed money solutions, fixed indexed annuities, and more. We strive to tailor retirement plans to each client's individual income needs and goals, so listening and providing feedback is a critical skill
Turn prospects into long-term clients through clear recommendations and trusted guidance
Collaborate with marketing and operations staff to stay focused on client-facing activities and collateral
Stay current and compliant through ongoing education on products, strategies, and regulatory updates
Qualification
Required
Active life insurance license and Series 65, or equivalent credential (7/66, CFP, ChFC) for fee-based advisory work
Proven client-facing advisory experience in financial advice, retirement planning, or wealth management
Track record of converting prospects into clients, particularly in retirement-focused situations
Strong communication and trust-building skills with retirement-aged, mass affluent clients
Drive to focus primarily on client meetings, advice, and business growth while leveraging firm marketing and operations support
