3+ years expPiper Companies is seeking a CSV Consultant for a 3‑month contract supporting a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company. This role plays a critical part in supporting and validating high‑tech automated systems across their GMP operations.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, maintain, and support manufacturing equipment controlled by PLC and SCADA systems (Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley strongly preferred)
Interpret ladder logic and support minor logic modifications under formal change control
Support building automation systems and environmental monitoring platforms
Author and execute CSV deliverables including Validation Plans, Risk Assessments, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, and summary reports
Ensure alignment with GAMP, cGMP, data integrity standards, and site SOPs
Lead or support change control activities for automation and software systems
Provide technical oversight for MES (EBR) applications and QMS tools (training provided if needed)
Work independently, providing clear shift handovers and mentoring peers on troubleshooting best practices
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of automation validation and CSV experience in a regulated pharma/biotech environment
Strong hands‑on background with Rockwell/Allen‑Bradley PLC/HMI systems
Familiarity with SCADA systems and automation lifecycle development
Ability to interpret ladder logic and troubleshoot high‑speed automated equipment
Full CSV lifecycle understanding (requirements → testing → reporting)
Risk‑based validation experience and solid knowledge of change control fundamentals
Preferred
5+ years of experience in process/equipment qualification or controls engineering
Exposure to MES (EBR), QMS applications, and cross‑functional engineering environments
