Responsibilities
Manage a team to:
Edit, format technical reports, manuals, specifications, white papers, and other technical documentation
Ensure documents comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations, etc.) to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents
Use tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and/or automation software for document creation and management
Review and revise documents as needed based on stakeholder feedback
Maintain version control and documentation archives
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary technical documentation
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation, preferably in a technical, engineering, or scientific environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Familiarity with data visualization and basic statistical reporting
Experience in report writing in compliance testing industry
