Responsibilities
Lead and oversee preparation and review of complex individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns
Serve as a senior tax advisor to high-net-worth clients, providing strategic tax planning and compliance guidance
Identify tax-saving opportunities related to investments, estate planning, retirement, and business structures
Review work prepared by Tax Preparers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and best practices
Stay current on federal, state, and local tax law changes and assess impact on clients
Collaborate closely with advisors, investment teams, and firm leadership
Support tax planning initiatives and process improvements within the firm
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive tax experience, preferably with high-net-worth individuals and complex entities
CPA and/or EA required (JD/LLM a plus)
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting
Strong technical knowledge of individual, trust, partnership, and business taxation
Experience reviewing returns and mentoring junior tax staff
Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Must work in-office full time at our Century City location; no remote or hybrid options available
