They are seeking a Technical Recruiter to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support the talent acquisition process while ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews across phone, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and onsite sessions in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely, clear, and positive communication throughout the hiring process
Utilize Boolean search techniques to support sourcing and candidate identification
Work effectively in a goal‑driven, metrics‑focused environment with strong attention to performance outcomes
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders
Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Apply strong organizational and time‑management skills to keep processes running smoothly
Support candidate evaluation efforts with basic assessment and interviewing capabilities
Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within the ATS and other recruiting tools
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the broader talent acquisition function
Bring experience in coordination, executive support, or project management—preferably within recruiting
Qualification
Required
