Benefits & LOA Operations Analyst
Onward Search is partnering with a leading industry company in the tech sector to find a talented Benefits & LOA Operations Analyst. This fully remote role supports a dynamic benefits and leave of absence team, focusing on unique employee programs in the US and ensuring smooth benefit operations.
Responsibilities
Manage medical and family leave cases, including up to 12 weeks of leave, ensuring proper documentation and return-to-work processes
Serve as the primary contact for tier 3 benefit inquiries, escalations, and case resolutions related to medical and leave programs
Oversee benefits administration for health plans, and retirement accounts, including vendor management and compliance with legal requirements
Investigate enrollment discrepancies in Workday and collaborate with Benefit Managers on strategic projects
Support annual open enrollment and contribute to communication efforts for new employee groups and benefits offerings
Qualification
Required
Two to four years of experience in leave administration, benefits, and retirement plan management
Strong understanding of US laws related to LOA, disability, and accommodations, with the ability to resolve associated issues
Proven ability to handle confidential data with tact, judgment, and discretion
Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple processes accurately and efficiently
Preferred
Familiarity with Workday, particularly in benefits and LOA modules
