Assistant Branch Manager

Responsibilities
Actively identify, coach, develop, motivate and support employees so that they can provide superior service to every member
Demonstrates and delivers quality service to members by actively listening and making recommendations to enhance the members’ financial well-being
Lead by example in creating an inclusive and professional environment where all team members are respected, and diversity is valued
Oversees and audits all areas of branch operations to ensure compliance with regulations, credit union policies and procedures
Assist and provide recommendations to create and implement branch-specific strategies to grow the business to acquire and deepen member relationships across all business channels and referrals
Resolves member concerns independently and escalates more complex concerns
Complete required trainings to be receive NMLS license and Notary license
Qualification
Required
Three years to five years of similar or related experience
A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong mathematical skills including rate, ratio and percentage calculations
Ability to work on Saturdays
