The Enterprise Leads Intern will gain hands-on experience in data quality management and operational processes within the insurance industry, maintaining the integrity of the lead database and supporting lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities
Analyze customer data and market trends to identify and score high-potential leads for life insurance products
Create data visualizations and dashboards to track lead generation performance metrics and KPIs
Review current lead generation processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Maintain data integrity through quality checks, cleansing activities, and database management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide analytical support for ad-hoc business requests
Perform quality control checks on lead data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Identify and flag data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors for correction
Prepare basic reports on data quality metrics and findings
Support the lead generation team with administrative tasks and documentation
Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues and discrepancies
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to learn business processes
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Completion of two years toward a bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field
Ability to be highly organized with keen attention to detail
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills
Preferred
Ability to write basic SQL queries and an understanding of database management a plus
Basic knowledge of Tableau is a plus
