Human Resources Generalist - Benefits, Safety, & Compliance (48024)
St. Anne's Family Services is dedicated to transforming lives and communities, and they are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support core human resources functions. This role will focus on workplace safety, employee benefits administration, and compliance with regulations.
Non-profit Organization Management
Responsibilities
Administer workers’ compensation claims, including intake, documentation, carrier coordination, and return-to-work tracking
Support workplace safety and regulatory compliance, including incident reporting, OSHA/Cal-OSHA documentation, and safety training coordination
Coordinate ADA accommodations, including the interactive process, documentation, and collaboration with managers and medical providers
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, life events, open enrollment, and vendor coordination
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to safety, benefits, leave, and accommodations, including audit support and reporting
Maintain accurate HRIS records related to workers’ compensation, safety, benefits, and ADA documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field required
3-4 years' experience in Human Resources
SHRM/PHR certification + 2 years' experience in Human Resources
Preferred
Knowledge of federal and state labor laws preferred
Experience in non-profit and government organizations is strongly preferred
