The Data Analyst Intern will analyze manufacturing and operational data to uncover trends and support decision-making, while developing dashboards and visualizations to optimize engine production and quality.

Responsibilities
Analyze manufacturing and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Prepare reports and dashboards for plant management and business unit teams
Assist in data collection, cleaning, and validation processes
Develop cross-functional training plans for the business to adopt business intelligence tooling
Support ongoing projects by providing actionable data insights
Document findings and present recommendations to stakeholders
Participate in meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying
Strong quantitative and statistical analysis skills
Ability to visualize and communicate data insights effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, AL/ML, or a related field
Preferred
Basic knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) is a plus but not required
Basic knowledge of manufacturing systems is a plus but not required
Coursework or experience in data analysis, statistics, and visualization preferred
