Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards
Improve machine availability and OEE through loss analysis and corrective actions
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and develop actionable recommendations
Manage critical spares and obsolescence strategy
Lead root cause investigations and implement permanent fixes
Deploy TPM and operator care on constraint machining centers
Influence reliability in new equipment design and commissioning
Implement predictive maintenance initiatives (vibration, lubrication, thermal monitoring)
Coach operators and technicians on defect tagging and basic care
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial)
Minimum of 10 years in manufacturing operations, maintenance reliability, and process improvement
Black Belt certification
CNC machining centers and asset maintenance
Statistical and reliability data analytics, root cause analysis

Microsoft O365 and Power BI
Clear and fluent English (oral and written)
Growth mindset; proactive and eager to learn
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong sense of urgency balanced with safety, ergonomics, and quality priorities

Hands-on CNC experience, including machine setup
Operation, programming, and coaching
